Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 10, 2026

MIXR HOLDINGS, Inc. ("MixrPay," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, applications, APIs, widgets, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Our data practices are also summarized in the App Privacy section on the App Store, which discloses categories of data collected (e.g., Contact Info, Identifiers, Usage Data, Diagnostics, limited Purchases/Financial Info), purposes (e.g., app functionality, fraud prevention), and that we do not use data for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

Company: MIXR HOLDINGS, Inc. (Delaware C-Corporation)

Contact: team@mixr.gg

Website: https://mixrpay.com

2. Scope

This Policy applies to end users, developers, merchants, and visitors interacting with the Services. It does not apply to independent third-party services, public blockchains, or integrations that operate under their own policies.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information only to the extent necessary to provide the Services, improve functionality, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse.

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Email address, username, or account identifiers
  • Wallet addresses or blockchain identifiers
  • Business/developer details, API keys
  • Support communications
  • Transaction metadata (e.g., IDs, timestamps, amounts, status — no full card or bank details)

3.2 Automatically Collected

  • IP address
  • Device identifiers
  • Browser/operating system information
  • Usage logs (e.g., API calls, timestamps)
  • Session and performance data

3.3 Payment & Transaction Data

We facilitate payments via third-party processors and do not store credit/debit card numbers, bank accounts, or routing numbers. We receive limited transaction metadata necessary for processing and records.

3.4 Blockchain Data

Blockchain networks are public and immutable. We may reference wallet addresses, transaction hashes, balances, or smart-contract interactions. We do not control or alter public blockchain data and are not responsible for the privacy practices or security of public blockchains or independent third-party services you choose to use — interactions with these systems are at your own risk.

3.5 Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and analytics tools to operate and improve the Services. You can manage preferences through your browser or device settings; disabling certain technologies may limit functionality. Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals; because there is no consistent industry standard, we do not respond to these signals.

4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as government-issued IDs, biometric information, health data, precise geolocation, or full payment credentials.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (wallets, payments, APIs)
  • Authenticate and secure sessions
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Respond to support inquiries
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight. We do not share personal data with third-party AI systems for the purpose of training their general-purpose models without notice and, where required, explicit consent.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors, wallet infrastructure partners) that are contractually required to provide equivalent data protections and use it only on our instructions for authorized purposes
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting)
  • Authorities when legally required
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with equivalent protections)

7. International Processing

MixrPay may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have data protection laws different from your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on adequacy decisions.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Public blockchain data remains available indefinitely due to its nature.

9. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption and access controls, to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MixrPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including losses from data incidents, transaction failures, or blockchain-related risks. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, privacy practices, or security of third-party payment processors, blockchain networks, or other integrations.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of certain personal data; withdraw consent where applicable; and request portability. To withdraw consent for specific data uses (e.g., analytics), contact us — revocation may limit Service functionality.

We aim to respond to requests within applicable legal timelines (e.g., 45 days under CCPA). If a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to our response email. Requests are subject to verification and legal requirements. Contact team@mixr.gg to exercise these rights.

California Notice: We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose "sensitive personal information" to infer characteristics about you.

12. Marketing

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using unsubscribe links or by contacting us. Service-related or transactional communications may continue.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 16 (or a higher age where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or security. Your interactions with those services are governed by their policies.

15. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

Where required by law, we process personal data based on: (i) performance of a contract (providing the Services), (ii) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), (iii) compliance with legal obligations, and (iv) consent where applicable.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
