We do not control or alter public blockchain data and are not responsible for the privacy practices or security of public blockchains or independent third-party services you choose to use — interactions with these systems are at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MixrPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including losses from data incidents, transaction failures, or blockchain-related risks. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, privacy practices, or security of third-party payment processors, blockchain networks, or other integrations.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of certain personal data; withdraw consent where applicable; and request portability. To withdraw consent for specific data uses (e.g., analytics), contact us — revocation may limit Service functionality.
